The following terms and conditions apply to your use of Lina Bada website.
Your use of the website indicates your acceptance of these terms and conditions.

Shipping

We will ship to anywhere in the world.

Your receipt of an electronic or other form of order confirmation does not signify our acceptance of your order, nor does it constitute confirmation of our offer to sell.

All pricing is in Australian dollars and inclusive of GST. Please note that pricing are subject to change without prior notice.

We cannot make deletions to orders once they have been placed.

Lina Bada reserves the rights to adjust product and freight costs on the web site at any time

Delivery

We aim to dispatch your order within 48 hours of receipt, providing that goods are in stock.

All domestic orders will be sent via Australia Post Express service. Delivery can take 1 – 5 business days depending on your location.

International orders will be shipped via TNT. Delivery can take 1 – 8 business days from date of delivery pick up, depending on your location. Items are shipped DDU (Delivery Duty Unpaid) so you may have to pay import duties, customs and local sales taxes to release your delivery. Policies vary by country so please check with your customs office.

TRACKING- Once your order has been dispatched you will receive an email with your tracking number.
DELIVERY- We will re-deliver, replace or refund the item (at your option) if we have incorrectly addressed the delivery. We take no such responsibility if you gave an incorrect or insufficient address.
TITLE & RISK- We remain the owner of the items we supply to you until you have paid in full all amounts that you owe us. The items are at your risk as soon as they leave our premises for delivery to you.

Returns and exchanges

At Lina Bada, we make it our personal goal to only deliver the best in quality. We personally inspect each piece prior to shipment to ensure your order is in perfect condition before leaving our warehouse. Our returns and exchange policy is only applicable to products purchased from the Lina Bada online store.

Upon receipt, please immediately inspect your purchase for any concerns before disposing of the packaging and outer box. Notify us of any damages (within 72 hours); we will promptly arrange for a replacement. If you do not inspect your purchase upon immediate receipt you will not be elibigle for a replacement.

We reserve the right to opt for a credit voucher over a replacement. The customer will be responsible for the cost of returning any item in its original condition. Lina Bada advises all customers returning items to use a recorded or registered delivery, as we cannot be held responsible for items that may be lost or damaged in the post.

Payment & Security

We only accept Paypal Payment at Lina Bada for security reasons. All orders are charged in AUD$.
Paypal is a secure web server which ensures all transactions and information exchanged is completely safe and confidential. No credit card data is stored on our website. Should you wish to place your order via email and we will call you during business hours to process your payment.

Lina Bada will not dispatch any goods until full payment has been received.

Liability

Lina Bada shall not be liable to the Customer, or to any other person whomsoever, for any loss or damage whatsoever or howsoever caused arising directly or indirectly in connection with the Products, other than expressly imposed by statute in terms of which it is not possible to limit or exclude liability.

Images and dimensions displayed on this web site should be regarded as illustrative and for informational purpose only. The actual products may vary slightly to the colours.

Lina Bada may change the content of its terms and conditions at any time without prior notice.

In placing an order with us, you will be providing Lina Bada with personal information and these will be kept strictly secured. We do not disclose any of your personal details with any third party vendors.
We use this information to identify your orders, provide you with new product launch or sale events (if applicable) and to personalize your shopping experience with us.

All materials, including images, illustrations, designs, photographs, written and other material that are part of this site are copyrights, trade marks, and/or other intellectual property owned, controlled, or licensed by Lina Bada.

Care Instructions

Please be aware of the basic safety instructions below before you light the candle:
PLACE CANDLE ON A STABLE, HEAT RESISTANT SURFACE, AWAY FROM DRAUGHT AND CURTAINS. KEEP OUT OF REACH OF CHILDREN AND PETS, TRIM THE BLACK END OF THE WICK BEFORE EACH USE, DO NOT MOVE ONCE LIT, NEVER LEAVE YOUR BURNING CANDLE UNATTENDED AND BE CAREFUL THE GLASS MAY BECOME VERY HOT!
